Josephine Rose Roberts Rolls Into Rock of Ages

Josephine Rose Roberts will join the cast of Rock of Ages as passionate protestor Regina on August 2, 2010, replacing original cast member Lauren Molina.

Roberts joins the New York company after having played the role in the show's Toronto production. She has also appeared on Broadway in Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas during the show's 2006 and 2007 holiday season outings.

Rock of Ages currently stars Constantine Maroulis as Drew, Emily Padgett as Sherrie, James Carpinello as Stacee Jaxx, Adam Dannheisse as Dennis, Mitch Jarvis as Loni, Michele Mais as Justice and Derek St. Pierre as Franz. Directed by Kristin Hanggi, Rock of Ages opened on April 7, 2009 and received five Tony Award nominations including Best Musical.
